Before she won the same title in 2006 after that Minka Kelly, Rihanna and some other Hollywood beauties won the title, but scarlett is the one who earned this title for the second time. After this celebration she had her marriage for the second time with her new french boyfriend Romain Duraic, she had her divorce with her x husband who was the sexiest men title for about six years, he is one and only, Ryan Reynolds. She said some about her x divorce that she loved her x husband were not being able to cope up with him in the life.
